To reach Parco Ducale of Parma from out of town is easy.
- A1 Milan-Bologna-Roma at kilometer 120 (halfway between Milan and Bologna) Parma Centro exit. From there, follow the marks to the city center (down town) so that arrived in the vicinity you will find the signs for parking Toschi or directly to the Public Garden-Parco Ducale. Make attention using the car in the city, there are traffic restrictions with oversight provided by electronic camera.
- On the Milan-Rome station stop in Parma. The Parco Ducale is about 600 meters (around 1200 feet) from the train station towards the city center. Once embarked on foot driveway Paolo Toschi (opposite the railway station), at the first roundabout turn right to Giuseppe Verdi Bridge, you can see the gate of the Park. Bus lines are available 6-7-8-9-11-13-14 with the bus stop at the parking Toschi (indicated).
- Just out of the Giuseppe Verdi Airport take the bus line 6 in direction (forced) of the city center. The recommended way is to stop in Toschi avenue (the shelter is signposted as Toschi parking). Go to Giuseppe Verdi Bridge close to a roundabout, you can see the gate of the Park. The journey takes about 30 minutes and the ticket costs 1.20 euro.
